He was very friendly and explained all the possible outcomes of what my pain could be from, very clearly. He also gave me an exam first to make sure he was recommending the right course of treatment. You'd be surprised, but other doctors I have seen in NYC have not been so great. Plus the office was very nice and clean! I would definitely go here again if I needed to see an Ortho.
