The Bed-Stuy office is very cluttered and feels more like a basement apartment than a medical office. I was too nervous to have blood work done there when I saw the unorganized test tubes in the hall. Dr P and the nurse that saw me were both very pleasant and took my family health record and concerns very seriously, which other doctors have brushed off in the past. My appointment for a physical took 2 hours. I booked my appointment through ZocDoc and 'New Patient Appointment' and put in the notes that I am booking the appointment to schedule my annual physical. The doctor's office had my appointment in as a 'Sick' appointment, thus not allotting sufficient time for a physical. The associate at the front desk told me that they had double booked that morning.
