Alice is incredible. She's really kind & explains things well, but that practice needs a lot of help. It really is a billing factory like the reviews say. I peed twice for urine analysis before just interpreting the results on my own & booking an appt at my gyno to treat a UTI. They kept calling me in to review results & instead of treating me had me pee again & now want me to go back in again??? It's insane! Also, a woman who works there (seems more senior) screamed at the front desk girls who were just trying to do their job and physically shoved them in front of me. Maria drew my blood, she was very calming & kind. I wish I knew the name of older (maybe 40s/50s?) woman who harassed the front desk girls & then demanded someone get her lunch. That woman has no place in an office environment. Won't be going back again. I never review but this place was so awful, I had to! …read more

My appointment for a physical took 2 hours. I booked my appointment through ZocDoc and 'New Patient Appointment' and put in the notes that I am booking the appointment to schedule my annual physical. The doctor's office had my appointment in as a 'Sick' appointment, thus not allotting sufficient time for a physical. The associate at the front desk told me that they had double booked that morning.
