The doctors here are nice and mostly helpful, but wait time in this office is ALWAYS at least an hour (been here more than 3 times - always experienced the same thing). The location is convenient, but I'm not sure I'll keep coming back because of the ridiculous wait times.
I made an appointment on zoc doc for 2:00pm. I arrived slightly early and was seen exactly at 2:00pm.
Dr. Peters herself was fantastic, very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. She answered all of my questions thoroughly and efficiently without rushing me. However, the office staff called twice to reschedule my appointment which was a little annoying and then they were extremely disorganized during my appointment, so it took them two hours to get through routine exams for my physical.
