I have been to Dr Degenhardt’s office several times now for travel consultations and every time the staff is extremely helpful and thorough with their travel information and vaccination/medicine procedures. They relocated to a new office on 24th street which is very nice.
Dr. Radowitz provided an excellent experience and well rounded care. He was very thorough in his feedback and went above and beyond to ensure a holistic treatment and care plan. He is incredibly responsive and helpful in providing feedback and answering questions.
The doctor was very kind and professional, as were the nursing staff. They also play really great music! However, I went in for a simple physical and the entire process took 2 hours. Lots of waiting in the waiting room, waiting while in the examination room, waiting for the nurse to come, waiting for the doctor to come. I heard other patients getting frustrated as well. My appointment was during the day on a weekday so after work hours might be even worse. Not a good place to go if you're pressed for time.
My appointment with Dr.Litvinova went very well. The staff was very helpful and asked for all necessary details right away. Dr Litvinova herself was pleasant and knowledgeable. She pointed out a couple of mistakes in my initial diagnosis right away and recommended next steps keeping my schedule and comfort in mind. She also spent a significant amount of time explaining my test results and how they could be interpreted, which was comforting.

The wait isn’t the best but I scheduled during a busy hr (7pm on a weekday). Honestly, Dr. Preis was worth the wait. I adore her honesty, knowledge, thoroughness and demeanor. She’s a great dr who I had to see after her great work with my fiancé! Neither of us ever like doctors but we’d both HIGHLY recommend her
