I was running late, and the office staff was very accommodating and friendly about it. Dr. Kaplan is a highly experienced and incisive OB-GYN. He could be a bit more understanding of anxious hypochondriacs;, however, I ultimately value his knowledge, expertise and competence over his desire to seem agreeable.
Dr. Flagg and her staff were great! She was quick, attentive, and very personable. She will definitely be my new go to OBGYN. Also highly recommend filling out the medical information on the portal ahead of time as it saved me a lot of time in the office.

Dr. Moehlen is old school, however he knows his work. Very personable spent 20 minutes with me in his office before exam just getting to know me, then another 20 minutes after the exam. Very I i love his jokes, he made me feel less anxious. I will recommend him to all my friends. He is excellent clinician.

I love the professionalism and the care. I don't like that I have to wait a long period of time to be seen. My appointment was @ 7pm. I arrived 30 mins b4 my appointment. I was called 7:20 and I waited an extra 20 mins. for the doctor to see me.
Once I get to see the doctor she is great. However the wait time is very long, and after I came in for my annual Check up to renew my prescription, the doctor made a mistake and didn't request enough - and then made me come in 3 months later for an entirely new "annual" checkup in order to get my meds for the rest of the year - charging me at full and making me wait another hour... I may be looking for another doctor after this.
Dr. Zilberstein was very efficient. She was not especially personable but was knowledgable and made me fd comfortable as a new patient.
I fell in love with Dr. Rush instantly. She is very attentive, thorough and most of all personable. She made sure I understood the items we went through, she explained the steps to all procedure before performing them. A true breath of fresh air! I highly recommend her!
