I had visited an urgent care twice with an issue and they weren’t able to help, as soon as I saw Dr Kavaler she helped me. I was feeling better by the end of the day and I’m truly grateful for her professionalism and sense of urgency. She knew exactly what was going on and what to do — a fantastic provider! I will always be recommending her and will be sure to visit again.

My appointment was at 10 am and it’s 11:50 and I haven’t been helped , I had to stop someone and ask them why is other people that came after me being helped first. I been waiting for two hours and still have to keep waiting to be helped by a doctor this is unprofessional. How can other people that came after me can be helped makes me feel like they don’t appreciate my time
