Dr. Pineles showed great patient care. He listened actively and it is experienced. Also, I didn’t know I had so many allergies until he ran the allergy tests, which may have contributed to my symptoms. If you prefer OG doctors, he’s the one to go. The receptionist/medical assistant is also friendly and compassionate.

Dr. Bowen is extremely through!! Takes his time to explain everything so that the patient understands. I would highly recommend.
I was hesitant at first beause I received an email that my appointment would not be with Dr. Tangirala and I received multiple phone calls that I would need to change my appointment (even though I had already agreed to come in earlier after the first phone call). However, when I got there everyone was polite, and the PA I met with (Sara Leso) was very helpful and concise. I definitely plan on going back.

Maria is clearly a consummate professional with a polished and genuine “bedside manner”, which, in today’s healthcare arena, can be quite challenging to find. She gave me her full attention during my initial appointment, and really listened to my needs with a truly empathetic and compassionate approach. I set up this appointment with the intention of retaining her as my ADHD & anxiety provider, but after speaking with her at length, it was determined that she’s also an Internal medicine & cardiology provider......it was then that I decided to utilize her knowledge and expertise as my primary provider as well. In addition, her medical assistant “Mello” is also very friendly and he went out of his way to make me feel welcomed and comfortable at my first visit. I look forward to working collaboratively with such an honest and patient-orientated provider for many years to come!

Office didn't seem clean but staff friendly
Dr Kreps is extremely responsive and a great listener. She was very attentive to my concerns and answered all my questions and followed up on my lab results quickly. Highly recommend her.
Dr Moussa was very attentive to what I had to say and was eager to help, whereas other doctors I have seen elsewhere rush and make you feel guilty for being sick.

My appointment for a physical took 2 hours. I booked my appointment through ZocDoc and 'New Patient Appointment' and put in the notes that I am booking the appointment to schedule my annual physical. The doctor's office had my appointment in as a 'Sick' appointment, thus not allotting sufficient time for a physical. The associate at the front desk told me that they had double booked that morning. The staff at the doctor's office has the intention of providing quality health services, but they came across being very unorganized and unprofessional.
