Verified Patient Reviews
I am actually under that care of a student, Emily, and she has been absolutely awesome! Both Ancy and Emily are knowledgeable and helpful.
Didn't know much about PT and didn't strongly believe in it. My friend made me promise to go at least once and I went in thinking I would learn a few things and that would be it. Was really impressed by Dr. Ancy's knowledge and decided to dive in with 2x a week for the next four weeks for an agitated IT band. I was emailed forms in advance and was seen right away. I've completed forms in advance at other places only to get there and they have me fill out new ones, so I liked how they didn't waste my time here. Was really impressed how she read the forms, my history, and demonstrated she read it by asking me questions throughout our session about what I had written. It showed she cared. She was also easy to talk to and didn't push PT on me. I never felt like she was rushing me or trying to get my money and force things on me I didn't need. Highly recommend.
Alford was very patient and explained things thoroughly. she has a wonderful bedside manner. Unfortunately, the office is too far away for 2x weekly PT.
Far outlived expectations.
Dr Alford did a thorough review of my case history, performed her diagnosis and gave me a very thoughtful diagnosis. Most importantly, she was friendly and attentive while walking me through my exercises. She had great bedside manner and the office managed my visit and billing promptly and quickly. My knee felt better after the treatment and I am definitely going here for all my PT.
I visited Ancy a few times for some sciatica issues. She gave me some exercises and stretches to do to help loosen me up. Very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Would certainly recommend to a friend or family member.
