Whether you are grieving a loved one who has passed away, a relationship that has ended, or a different stage of life as you learn to navigate a new stage, it all takes time overcome and accept the change. With the right support, you can clear the fog and shed the heaviness you feel and begin to engage with the world again. When you are ready to break free from the frog and process your grief so you can move forward, I am ready to help you. Whether you are experiencing loss or are just trying to navigate the world, I will walk alongside you and help you figure it out. I use a variety of approaches including EMDR therapy to help my clients gain the strength and confidence they need to emerge from the fog and thrive.
