Elyse is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional who received her Master’s Degree from Pace University. She has provided diverse and holistic practices throughout New York and enjoys creating a safe, interactive space where individuals can learn to construct more confidence and comfort within themselves. She always remains patient and honest and is an avid believer that any mind has the power to change with practice, readiness and awareness. Elyse has extensive experience working as a Mental Health Therapist in an inpatient hospital setting where she helped individuals begin their journey to healing through exploring their raw emotions. She is also a Level 1 Reiki Practitioner who promotes self-exploration and empathic feedback.
