Based on my professional expertise in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy as well as with knowledge of numerous therapeutic orientations, I will help you master your issues with anxiety, depression, mood instability, relationships, trauma, eating, communication, work, overall life stress & overall mental health, all in a safe & open space. We will work together to build insight & awareness to help you become your best self. My initial goal is to help you get relief from your current negative symptoms. Next, I will help you achieve stability by utilizing evidence-based approaches and personalizing treatment based upon your needs and what is most effective for you. Then, we will work to find, utilize and maintain coping skills and strategies to help you thrive. I acquired my Bachelor's in Art Therapy from Springfield College focusing on the therapeutic nature of the creative arts. I then acquired my Master's from Brooklyn College which helped expand my interest & knowledge of various psychological orientations, techniques, studies & theorists. In 2017, I obtained my NY State Licensure in Mental Health Counseling.
