Patient reviews for Lanie Velasco, DPT
Lanie is the best! I've had persistent back pain for the last few years due to a few slipped discs. I tried physical therapy with a different physical therapist, and I never really recovered. I decided to give physical therapy another shot a few months ago, and I'm very glad I did. I went to Lanie twice a few for may 4-5 weeks, and now may back feels great all due to her great work!
I had a great experience for my therapy with Lanie. She is professional and friendly. She was willing to let me ask her questions and answered my question patiently. She also taught me how to exercise during the work time to help me reduce my pain, which was really helpful and effective.
Lanie is amazing! It's so nice to be treated by someone experienced, intuitive, and caring. Lanie really takes her time to exam, treat and explain things. Never rushes me out. The appointment time is always longer than I expected which is great! My neck and shoulder are much better now after a couple of PT sessions. The facility is super clean and well organized. The staff here; Andrew and Laura are all very professional and friendly. I always feel very well looked after here. I wouldn't trust anybody else with my neck and shoulders! Highly recommended- two thumbs up!
Lanie was incredible! I appreciated her taking the time to really listen to my concerns and setting a pace that was appropriate for my current state. She gave exercises that promoted strength while also acknowledging that I have limits and reassuring me to take it slow! Overall, great visit from start with Andrew walking me through the administrative process to finish with Lanie emailing me with a few follow up items I asked about! Looking forward to my next appointment...tomorrow - yes it was that good and great location, blocks from my office!
Very knowledgeable. Kind and courteous personality. Helped with my recovery from my partially torn ankle. Went through routine stretches and massages to help with strength and blood flow, and reduce pain. Would definitely recommend.
Lanie was great! She provided excellent service and was very thorough with the procedures. She guided me with every excercise and assisted me on the tough ones. I highly recommend her to anyone needing physical therapy
I’ve been in PT with Lanie since my ACL surgery in December and have been getting better since. I was very nervous about the process, but Lanie is always patient, explains everything, and makes sure I’m not over exerting myself. I truly feel like I’ll heal as best as I can through continuing PT with Lanie! I’d absukteky recommend.
She’s awesome! In 3 sessions had my lower back and legs feeling great. Clean office and everyone there is great especially Lanie!
The office was helpful, direct, and orderly. The staff helped navigate insurance questions. And Dr. Lanie Velasco was attentive and clear.
Lanie has done a great job treating my back pain using a combination of exercise and therapeutic massage. I noticed improvement after the first session and have seen a steady decrease of pain during the weeks I have worked with her. In addition, she is very personable and seems to care a lot about the patients she works with.
