What should a new client know about working with you?

I strive to create a thoughtful, nonjudgmental environment where people feel emotionally safe and comfortable being themselves. My approach is strength-based, relational, and guided by curiosity. Together, we explore patterns in relationships, emotions, and daily life while building practical tools for communication, coping, and growth. I look forward to getting to know each person and supporting them in creating meaningful and lasting change.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

A typical session with me is conversational, reflective, and collaborative. I work best with clients who are looking for a space to think deeply, process openly, and better understand themselves and their relationships. I tend to help organize and make sense of what can feel emotionally overwhelming or tangled, while gently identifying patterns, themes, and underlying needs that may be contributing to distress. Together, we work toward greater clarity, improved communication, stronger coping skills, and practical changes that can make daily life feel more manageable and meaningful. My goal is not perfection, but helping clients better understand what they truly want and creating movement toward a life that feels more connected, functional, and emotionally sustainable.
