Depending on your needs and goals, I may incorporate approaches such as CBT, EMDR, DBT skills, psychodynamic therapy, and other trauma-informed interventions. Throughout our work, I strive to create a supportive, nonjudgmental environment where you feel comfortable being yourself. Sessions are tailored to your individual needs, and we’ll regularly check in on your progress to ensure our work continues to feel meaningful, relevant, and aligned with your goals.
