My name is Shantale Etheridge. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor that believes a healthy mind equals a healthy body. My calling is to provide quality services to individuals and veterans struggling with mental health disorders. I received a Masters in Guidance and Counseling from Jackson State University in which my focus was community counseling. I primarily implement Cognitive Behavior Therapy and Solution Focused Therapy treatment interventions in my practice. I have discovered that while using these interventions, clients are able to challenge their negative thought patterns and work through possible solutions to impact change. I specialize in anxiety disorders, family conflict, PTSD and coping skills.
I have worked in the mental health field in various settings: such as day treatment, inpatient, outpatient as well as residential treatment facilities. For the past 5 years, I have provided support for military servicemembers, veterans and their dependents.
