Shaudi Adel, LMSW is passionate about helping her clients create a more meaningful and enriched life through setting individualized goals, skill development, highlighting strengths and moments of resiliency, and creating a safe space through a trusting relationship. She takes a collaborative approach and highly values acceptance and transparency to create a culture for change in a therapeutic setting. Shaudi has extensive experience working with adolescents and adults with a wide range of diverse backgrounds and recognizes the importance of maintaining an individualized process for each of her clients. She specializes in helping individuals work through addiction and co-occurring issues such as trauma, mood disorders, eating disorders, and anxiety. She has had years of experience addressing topics such as anger management, stress management, life transitions, communication strategies, and mind and body health and wellness. She uses evidence-based models of cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, motivational interviewing, and solution-focused therapy.
