My expeirence with Shaudi has been excellent! She is always non-judgemental and is very willing to be flexable to do what works for me. Shaudi has given me very helpful skills to try and continue to use. My road to recovery has been great since I met Shaudi.

Even though I am usually nervous to meet new people, especially therapists, Shaudi's bubbliness and eagerness to help put me at ease. With mental health professionals, I generally take awhile to open up to them, or I don't tell them theextent of my problems. However, with Shaudi, I feel like I can actually open up.
