Shira Lee is very comforting and understanding. She explains different ways to handle stress and depression in detail and has helped me overcome some tough times in my life. I do strongly believe I'm better able to handle situations more easily due to our sessions.
Great. It's very easy and comfortable to share and talk. Always very accomodating to work schedule conflicts.
I love my therapist, she is amazing unlike my last one. She listens as well as give great feedback. It's like talking to a friend; you won't even notice she's a stranger. I was always nervous about going back to therapy since my first time sucked but she's very kind and welcoming.
I enjoy my visits. Ms. Seagal is very professional, insightful and understanding. Ive been seeing her for almost 2 years. My progress has been going well.
Very helpful! Lots of techniques on how to cope with the problem on hand. She gives excellent resources of information if needed. Listens to all the patient has to say. Very professional.
It's always productive, this last one, and the ones before. Ever since I have been meeting w/ Shira Lee, it's been about 3 yrs, I have been able to see things differently. She gives me advice and tools that make my coping arsenal much better. I also love the fact that she listens very attentively.
I love my visits with Shira Lee. I find that I learn a lot about myself and my emotions that I would not have if we did not speak. She is extremely professional and accommodating which I respect a lot. As a young adult, I feel like Shira Lee is able to relate to me and understand my generation.
