As Medical Director of The Louis Armstrong Center for Music & Medicine, where he provides clinical management of a unified bio-psycho-musical service geared to the health needs of musicians, and as a private practitioner, all in NYC, he employs an “all things are connected” strategy.
Within clinical psychiatry, Stephan Quentzel specializes in psychopharmacology, supportive psychotherapies and lifestyle change, holistic care, psychosomatic and mind-body medicine, brain health, addiction treatment, women’s mental health, and adolescent psychiatry.

Stephan Quentzel is assistant clinical professor at the Albert Einstein College of Medicine and Beth Israel Medical Center, and he is a senior clinician connected to the Continuum Center for Health and Healing. He graduated from the University of Illinois with the degrees of M.D. and M.A. in health policy.
