I think that, although Posture Perfect's approach to chiropractic is interdisciplinary with the initial x-ray and spine assessment, the laser, the adjustments, and the corrective exercises, they tend to take a cookie cutter approach toeveryone who walks in there. They operate a bit like a factory. You don't get to spend too much time with a single person on any particular activity, and I think this is where the disconnect is. This place was not good for me as an elite athlete. I would say that if you are the typical person who has a desk job and has back pain due to an unhealthy sedentary lifestyle, then this is a good place for you. But if you are looking for a targeted approach to optimize your athletic performance, I would not recommend this place. They don't do ART (Active Release Therapy).
