Zach is an incredibly attentive and intelligent practitioner. I went to him with a running injury, and not only did he rehab my accute injury, but he also taught me about my body as a running mechanism as a whole. He made sure I understood how my body connected so I could understand that indeed my weaknesses surrounding my hips were really the cause of my IT band issues. Zach taught me tools and tricks that I still use today. I think of him and what he’d say every time I run! And I have to say that I’ve been running and pain free since I rehabbed with Zach over nine months ago. He’s friendly, funny, and able to break down big concepts to be understandable and manageable. I’d recommend him to anyone wanting to get back on their feet and remain pain free for months and years to come!
Dr. Mease is amazing!! I have been coming to Exchange Place Therapy Group now for my low back, neck, and thumbs and I cannot say enough about this physical therapy practice. For years I have felt out of alignment with pain going down my leg and Dr. Zach was able to pinpoint exactly what was wrong with me and set me up with a treatment plan that actually worked! I have been going to multiple physical therapy offices for years and no one compares to EPTG and to Dr. Mease. I receive manual massage and trigger point therapy every visit and my exercise routine is always changed and tweaked accordingly. I have felt like many PT clinics in the area are a revolving door where I felt like it was an assembly line and I was just another number. Exchange Place Therapy Group is always 1-on-1 and very hands on. I cannot say enough about the quality of care Dr. Mease has been providing for me. He has helped me recover physically and have helped improve my spirit as well. From the ladies at the front desk to all the other staff, the atmosphere is one of caring and sincerity. I am so grateful and appreciative for all the help that I have received and my neck and blowback have dramatically changed over the course of the last couple months. I would highly recommend Dr. Zachary Mease and Exchange Place Therapy Group. This is a clinic that truly cares, is extremely hands on and knows their stuff!!!
Dr. Mease is fantastic. I'm a competitive runner and he was able to not only help me work through my current wear and tear, but made adjustments to my training to prevent future injury. I'm happy to say that I am still injury-free and my overall performance has increased as well. Aside from his knowledge and professionalism, his bedside manner is awesome. Physical therapy and fun are hardly ever synonymous, but Dr. Mease makes the experience enjoyable. I highly recommend Dr. Mease not only to runners, but anyone looking for a quality PT.
