she was very nice. I really appreciated not waiting forever. Also they took the x-rays and did the cleaning relatively quickly.

I had a really good experience at Downtown Dental. The staff and the Doctor are really proffessional and there prices are really reasnoble.
Staff is always nice. Dental office always seem spotless. Always have a good experience. Always leaving the office feeling like my teeth is cleaner.
She was great!..very detailed with the treatment plan and explaining it well with options that are best for me.
The staff and Dr. Diana Zinberg are the greatest with the their professionalism. They put you fears at ease. They have TV's and a toy area for kids. The restroom is Super clean and handicap friendly.
I'm really happy I found Dr. Webber and his team. Being that I have to use Denti-Cal at this time, I had a great fear in regards to the quality of the dentist and the quality of the work that would be available to me. However, Dr. Webber & his Assistant,Tina, and the whole team (sorry, I'm failing to remember the name of the hygienist right now) really put me at ease. Everyone is very thoughtful and kind. And I actually laughed throughout my visit - despite a drill in my mouth. :-)
I went in for my appointment about 15 minutes early even though I had already filled out paperwork on Zocdoc ahead of time, I just wanted to make sure they took my insurance and everything was good. But when I went in, I filled out redundant paperwork (whatever at least they're thorough) and then for some reason the insurance company kept re-routing the receptionist when she called to check my eligibility and she said that's never happened to her before. So I was sitting in the waiting room for 45 minutes then they took me back for XRays and did that quickly and efficiently then they had me wait for the doctor. I waited for another 45 minutes or so and then when he came he didn't say much at all just said I should be good with a regular cleaning then said he'd go set that up. I waited another like 30 minutes or so and then the XRay technician came back and was like oh you've been waiting here for a while I'll see how much longer it'll be. Thank goodness she came then because I'm a patient person (I'm a kindergarten teacher) but over two hours?? I know they're busy for the holidays but I saw people coming in and out just while I was in the waiting room done with their visit - I thought they'd schedule it out a bit more and I had an appointment. So I was seriously debating actually leaving the office at that point but luckily someone came and brought the instruments and then someone else came and did the cleaning pretty quickly. But in total I was there from 10:30am-1pm and I had to re-schedule some plans with friends which was unfortunate since I'm only in town for a little bit for the holiday break. I am happy I was able to make an appointment and the staff were friendly overall, but that wait time is absolutely insane and was wearing on my patience (which I think is saying a lot for an elementary school teacher).
I found here to be extremely professional and friendly. Her staff if also friendly and informative. She made me quite comfortable since I am not a big Dentist lover. I would reccomend her to everyone
