How your availability is displayed to patients

See how your appointment availability appears on your profile and in search results.

Updated over 9 months ago

Patients will see your appointment availability both on your profile and in search results. The more time slots you have available, the more search results you will appear in and the more likely patients are to find a time that works for them.

In search results, patients can see the number of your available appointments per day.

When patients view your profile, they can then select a specific time to book an appointment.

A note about lead time

To ensure patients and practices have enough time to prepare for the appointment before it takes place, patients will only be able to see and book times that are at least 2 hours in advance. For example, say it's 10 a.m. and a patient is looking at your practice’s availability for the day. The earliest appointment a patient would be able to see, if your practice has availability at this time, would be 12 p.m.
