I always come away at the very least with a plan for feeling better, but most often I exit feeling better about myself. The good Dr. Reff generally listens while I figure things out aloud. I also receive input and or advice on all that troubles me. This is what works for me. I can’t speak for other methods used. Dr. Reff often remembers more than I do about previous sessions. This alone speaks volumes about Dr. Reff’s ability to care for his patience.
