Was a great visit, Dr. Marpu was quick to help resolve all of the things that I wanted to discuss. Great doctor, good support team, and always a quick visit (which you don't say often with doctor's visits). Thanks again!

I was a bit terrified of going to see Dr. Dinesh today because I had started working out earlier this year, and I so far, I have lost a little bit over 20 pounds. However, when I got on the scale today before I saw Dr. Dinesh, I was at a weight completely different from what I thought I was, and I know that I had lost more weight than what was measured at the office. I was very disappointed because I've been making it a habit to work out for 4-5 days a week for 30 minutes a day at home with an exercise DVD, and I know that I've lost more weight because of how my large my clothes feel and how much I've been taking into account with watching my portions, adding more fruits and vegetables, drinking more water, etc. Other than that, Dr. Dinesh was very pleased with my progress. I'm just scared to come back in six months to see her again and the scale might work against me.

What is a Primary Care Doctor?

Primary care doctors help patients maintain their general health and wellbeing, and may coordinate the treatment of long-term conditions. Patients visit primary care physicians for many reasons, including stomach / digestion difficulty, minor injuries, hormonal issues, joint problems, or simply to schedule a checkup / annual physical. Primary care doctors provide long-term care and disease monitoring, and refer patients to specialists when necessary.
