I couldn't be happier. Her perspective on my situation has opened by eyes in a lot of ways and I was someone super skeptical of "treatment." If you are afraid of therapy or have preconceived notions about what therapy is like, go see Lauren. Her style is so engaging and she is super easy to talk to. I have seen a few therapists in the past and Lauren is by far the best.
