I was referred to Lauren by a family member who was a previous client of hers and highly recommended her as a therapist. I had been therapist ‘shopping’ and was really looking to find someone who would provide me with tools rather than just validation. Lauren exceeded that. She was present, warm and provided concrete feedback and tools to address some big concerns. By the end of our session I truly felt a great connection with her and for the first time in a long time I feel hopeful for the future. I couldn’t recommend her enough. Thank you!!!
