Dr. Polepalle was quiet patient. Listened and responded to all the concerns and questions that i had in mind. I really liked the fact that he approached problems in both holistic and medicinal manner.

Yongpeng Gu is extremely nice and a helpful doctor. Although it is a bit of a wait time because he has so many patients, I guess it goes to show how good of a doctor he is. In addition, his staff is a pleasure to work with. Definitely recommend!
Dr. Provert is a very pleasant person. He has great expertise paired with an excellent bedside manner. My blood test reflected something abnormal that he addressed and explained to me. He was careful and respectful in his communication: his goal was to advise me. He sent me for a CT scan and reviewed the results with me. Dr. Provert speaks to the patient as a person with feelings and questions where some other doctors treat patients like objects with symptoms. I feel very well taken care of and confident that everything was thoroughly investigated and that all is well. I highly recommend Dr. Provert with no hesitancy or reservation whatsoever.
Dr. Ficazzola has been my urologist since November 2002. He has performed two major surgeries on me (kidney removal (2002) and prostate removal (2008)). There is none better.
I like that in the initial evaluation his team performs a variety of tests to explore all the possible issues. Due to this, my visits with him were a little expensive but at least I felt like it was efficient. His Astoria office is cramped and crowded and it's very annoying that he is only in that office on Mondays and 1 Saturday a month. If you can't travel to their further out Queens or Long Island location and want to see a Doctor frequently/have a disorder needed treated immediately- I wouldn't recommend him. My evaluation process was a two month ordeal. Also, he's not the most comforting Doctor- all business, little explanation. However, I did feel like he treated my issue and I guess that's the most important thing. Hence, the decent rating.
Very intuned with me..after testing gave me immediate diagnosis and advice concerning my visit... Great staff as well
Very informative. Very up front about a potential serious issue I might have. Up to date on newest research and treatment options
Good professional. Watch out they don’t accept credit cards for copayment, but I see a credit card machine there so not sure. Had to go to an ATM close by. The doctor I found him good and to the point.
