The office staff was stellar and pleasant, making the new patient process smooth and painless. I was called in and taken to a room in the back. I waited for about 5 minutes for Dr. Kong. Right when he walked in, he was super friendly and set me at ease. He didn't make it awkward or leave me questioning things at all. He was thorough with his explanation and was very relatable. Highly recommend Dr. Kong if you need to check on your man-parts!
