About Ann Phelps

Ann Phelps is an advanced registered nurse practitioner with BayCare Medical Group, serving the Lakeland community. Ann received her bachelor’s degree in nursing from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington in Wilmington, North Carolina. She was an RN First Assistant in plastic and reconstructive surgery, as well as, general surgery until receiving her master’s degree as a family nurse practitioner from the University of South Florida in Tampa.
