2/10 - Not a good listener and misleading. Booked appointment and was told they would be able to provide me what I need but gave me something completely different. He refused to put an order in for the ultrasound I needed even after I was told before the appointment that he would be able to, insisted I get blood work instead and refused to give me what I asked for even though he was able to - bad provider

Awesome and kind staff. Aislyn (“Ais”) is so kind and professional, and her smile warms my heart. The office staff is very helpful and provides what is needed when needed. Dr. A (pronounced “Ah-Chicos”) is kind, professional, understanding and communicates well. He is my new primary Doctor and I chose him because because my insurance covers it, it is currently close to work and BayCare is wonderful. I had my first appointment with Dr. Acikgoz (Dr. A) today, and it was a great experience from start to finish. The office staff was very friendly, and the medical assistant was kind and efficient, quickly bringing me back and taking my vitals. Since it was my first visit, she also went over a few initial questions.
Dr. A took the time to listen attentively as I explained my concerns, asking thoughtful questions along the way. I really appreciated the patient-centered approach—it felt like he genuinely cared about understanding my issues rather than just rushing to prescribe something. I haven't been to a doctor in a while, so finding one who takes the time to listen and engage with their patients is refreshing.
I'm looking forward to continuing my care with Dr. A and highly recommend this office to anyone looking for a doctor who truly values their patients!
