“OMG I’m beyond thankful my husband booked me this doctor! She actually listened to me and cared! I just say another doctor a few days ago and it was night and day he spoke over me told me it’s just anxiety when I’m having shortness of breath, heart palpitations, blurred vision, and near syncope episodes on a daily basis. Almost the doctor I saw today was totally opposite. She didn’t dismiss me. She ordered the right test. She’s having me see a cardiologist and a neurologist. I felt listened to for the first time in years. It’s an hour drive for me to see her. And I had a lot of stress around going, but I will go back. It makes a big difference when you heard and you feel like somebody actually cares. If I could rate this doctor even higher, I would thank you so much for not being like every other doctor. Don’t ever lose that! I wish there were more doctors in this world like you you’re gonna be very successful stay true to to yourself! Beyond blessed to call you, my doctor!”

Dr. Joanna Greenhalgh is board certified in family medicine. Being treated like your number and not a person is not something I look for in a doctor! My first appointment went great. My second appointment was horrible! I’ve had some major things happening and we’re supposed to go results drove over an hour to get there should’ve been 20 minutes early five minutes before getting there we got stuck in dead stop traffic and because I was six minutes late. The doctor canceled the appointment! This wasn’t just an appointment for some minor things. These are some major issues. explain to them what happened they didn’t care. They knew. I drove over an hour to get there. I’m early to every appointment. I don’t waste anyone’s time and for this doctor to be so cold. She had referrals to send me and bloodwork that she was going to do days before, but then decided she’ll just go over everything and do all that at the appointment. Doctors are late all the time but to be so dismissive over six minutes because there was a dead stop traffic is gross!
