“I was surprised by the friendliness of the staff and doctor. This was my first visit at the office and everyone went out of their way to make me feel at ease. Honestly, they seemed excited to see me. The wait time was about 20 minutes, which I was ok with. Dr. Awad was very thorough. He listened well and communicated well. He was sensitive to the things I was dealing with and explained everything he wanted to do and asked if I was okay with it. Before he left the room he asked if I had any questions for him. Overall, a perfect 10 for doctor and staff!”

I previously had Dr Barrington Lynch as my previous PCP. He was the best PCP doctor that I ever had. He was thorough, caring, personable and just a pleasure to talk to and deal with concerning personal and medical matters. Unfortunately, he retired. I was forced to find a new doctor and was fortunate to stumble upon Dr Kerim Awad. He appears to have the same attributes as did Dr. Lynch. I believe that I will be very pleased in dealing with him moving forward. He was very polite and listened without hurrying me along. I believe that he will be a great asset to Baycare medical group.
