I booked an appt for 1:40 on a Friday and took the day off of work for it. I walk in at 1:35 and they tell me my appointment was cancelled and “they tried to call me.”
I never received a call.
I spoke to the “Manager” Deborah on duty who reiterated what the girl behind the desk said.
Don’t do business with this office- don’t trust your healthcare with a bunch of morons that can’t even get scheduling correct.

She is a wonderful doctor. She addressed all of my issues and made me feel very comfortable. I have huge anxiety when it comes to going to the doctor and she did not give me any grief about the fact that I had not seen a regular doctor in years. I highly recommend Dr. Nguyen!
