Immediately she jumped into the concerns that I had and addressed them rather well in my opinion. The only thing that was a little confusing was finding the desk I had to check in at but it’s mostly because there’s more than one practice in that building I believe. Other than that it was fantastic, definitely will see her again. ”

My first appointment with this provider was cancelled. When I called the office to reschedule, the office staff said the doctor didn’t fee like coming in to work that day.
As the doctor was walking in the door, no eye contact. I hadn’t even turned around and she said hi, I am Dr. Thomas. It is nice to meet you. Then there was eye contact. I felt very rushed with the provider. I felt like she wasn’t concerned about me and only focused on the computer. I came for my 1st visit and medication refills. I went to pick up my prescriptions and one was not renewed. I sent a message via portal. It took 2 days to answer. Was asked to call. When I called they said the doctor wouldn’t refill my medication. She didn’t mention anything during my appointment. Poor communication.

Dr. Thomas is knowledgeable, friendly, empathetic, and quick to understand and suggest options. She is kind and very personable. I had seen her for awhile during a previous time we lived in Winter Haven. I liked her so well, I investigated on line to see if she was still practicing in the area, found her and booked my appointment. She’s great!

I WOULDN'T CHANGE HER FOR ANYTHING.

The office girls in the 2nd waiting area were rude. If someone is standing in front of you needing something, acknowledge them or say hello. Dont ignore them and continue eating your chips. It was so rude and unprofessional.
