About Dr. Zachary Holden
Dr. Zachary Holden specializes in family medicine. He completed his undergraduate degree from Florida State University in Tallahassee, Florida. He then earned his Doctor of Medicine from Ross University School of Medicine in Portsmouth, Dominica, followed by a family medicine residency at Virginia Tech-Carilion Family Medicine in Roanoke, Virginia. Dr. Holden is a competent family physician and primary care doctor. He strives to deliver quality care and thorough diagnosis to his patients, as part of the BayCare Medical Group serving the St. Petersburg, Florida area. He is certified in basic life support, advanced cardiac life support, neonatal resuscitation and pediatric advanced life support and a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians. As a family physician, Dr. Holden emphasizes the importance of acute management to avoid chronic disease as well as regular screening for early detection of cancer. As soon as I went to the front desk, I was greeted with a warm welcome and the check in was an east process. Within minutes I was called in and went through the routine of it being my first check up. Dr. Holden was fantastic and listened to my concerns and recommended the best course of action to take with what I needed.
