“The person who I tried to schedule my original appointment with was so rude. Mean in fact. As a first time patient, I was beyond shocked to be treated in such a gruff manner. I almost cancelled and was ready to look for another provider. Then, today, the day of my appointment, the same person called me. Once again, rude and gruff demanding to know why I want there. It was because my appointment wasn’t for another half hour and she read the time incorrectly but called to berate me for not being there. Her mistake. I did show up to my appointment…early. In spite of these two interactions. The provider was in fact lovely and thorough. If I have another interaction with this back office staff member, I will not be returning and will make sure the rest of my family finds care elsewhere. ”

Just didn’t feel cared about or like there was a genuine compassion. I felt like a number and then was dismissed. No follow appointment. Just told me what my labs were and then gave her opinion . Just didn’t feel any compassion.

Brandi offered only generic, unhelpful advice for my concerns, including telling me to “Google it.” She demonstrated only a very basic understanding of my (common) conditions, and when she did give me more in-depth advice, it was ill-informed at best. Dissatisfied and will be looking for a new provider.
