About Dr. Dipak Suri

At Channing Dental, we accept all insurance plans. In addition, we offer a membership plan for additional savings. Dr. Suri is a General Dentist and Prosthodontist—colloquially known as a "Smile Architect"—who was born and raised in the Bay Area. He earned his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from Nova Southeastern University in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida, in 2015. He then returned to the West Coast to complete an intense three-year residency in Prosthodontics at the University of California, San Francisco, specializing in the diagnosis and treatment planning of complex dental problems. Dr. Suri lives in Lafayette with his wife and kids.

The procedure went very well. I was concerned about pain - but they got me through w/o the need for anesthetics. They were very patient & thorough

Great experience from what I could see. Unfortunately my insurance was no longer covered due to current legal climate of Delta Dental of California. The receptionist however was super kind and took the time to explain what was going on briefly, (which is totally out of their control), and that I would have to pay out of pocket if I kept my appointment which I wasn't prepared to do. The check-in system was quick & easy, the waiting room was bright, clean and welcoming, and the staff were so attentive. I also loved that the office looked more like a nice home instead of an office building and I am completely bummed that I have to find another dentist - I could absolutely tell that they take care of their patients. Even though I could not see the dentist I'm so grateful for the kind encounter I had and the courtesy of the receptionist. I've since told some of my colleagues at UC Berkeley about them anyway - such a convenient spot for us to keep to myself. Thank you all so much!
