“I love working with columbine family practice. It was very hard for me to find a general practitioner when I moved to the area that would take my insurance. The team here has been extremely helpful and I have only had good experiences with them. Dr Borja makes my appointments enjoyable. I trust her diagnoses, opinions, and I appreciate that she takes a collaborative approach to my care, as I have a list of pre existing conditions that we navigate together. I have had a few small procedures here that have gone very well. I am so glad I found this clinic! Thank you!”

About Dr. Charlene Borja

Since 2006, Dr. Borja has worked in various healthcare environments from academic to traditional to rural medicine all of which have fueled her passion to serve humanity. At OnPoint Medical Group, Columbine Family Practice, she is humbled to be working alongside a compassionate and talented team of healthcare innovators, and grateful for the continued opportunity to provide quality care. Originally from New York, Charlene moved to Denver to live, play and practice medicine amongst the breathtaking landscape of Colorado. Dr. Borja earned her medical degree from the University of New England College of Osteopathic Medicine in Maine. She completed her residency at Rose Medical Center in Denver CO and is a board-certified family medicine physician.

Terrible. Nobody told me if I was more than 5 min late they wouldn’t see me. I walked in 6 min past my appointment and the dr asked me to reschedule. Clearly they would’ve been able to see me if the front desk was waiting on a response from the dr. She’s the one that denied seeing me. I asked to speak to the manager and they just gave excuses. Everything happens for a reason.

I happily drive to this practice from the other side of town because the care here and worth it. My wife and I have both been going here since 2017.
