Getting to know Alexandra Siliezar
I am inspired to work in the field of mental health to help people-to help them feel they are not alone in the world. I earned my Master's in Marriage and Family Therapy from San Francisco State University, which has equipped me with the skills and knowledge to support individuals and families through their challenges.
What should a new client know about working with you?
I listen intently, I not only reflect on what they said verbally and on what their intention is even silently- hear and provide a holding space for their anxieties- creating hope and assurance
What is your typical process for working with clients?
I try to create a welcoming and safe space without judgement or shock- a place where you are listened to- a special place just for you to be who you truly are. Eye contact- intentional questions that guides you- a gently space to explore.
