What should a new client know about working with you?

While it's not my place to give advice, I will always ensure that the therapy space is safe to explore thoughts, ideas, and feelings in a way that feels supportive and non-judgmental. I will push and challenge when needed, as a way to support growth and positive change.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I'll follow you and want you want to work on. I'll provide direction as needed, but ultimately you're the one that decides what therapy is about, given it falls within my scope of practice. My style will fluctuate based on your needs; I'm a bit "loosey-goosey", but I've found that it helps me work with lots of different people and meet a variety of needs!
