Creating safe spaces where disappointments, shame, or fear can be processed is my goal as a therapist. Whether your journey is short or long, I aim to come alongside you for support as you find peace and personal growth. Working with young adults, families, or couples, my goal is to create change that is tailor-made for the individual or family unit. I hold a Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Richmont Graduate University, which informs my approach and commitment to fostering healing and growth.
What should a new client know about working with you?
My therapeutic style is authentic, warm, and inviting; and I work from a strengths-based perspective that promotes inner healing and self-compassion. If you are seeking evidence-based interventions in a supportive and professional setting: I look forward to partnering with you on your path to self-discovery, emotional mastery, and relational cohesion.
What is your typical process for working with clients?
I believe in empowering clients to cultivate self-compassion and resilience as they navigate their challenges. I hold graduate certifications in both Trauma Therapy and Sex Therapy from Richmont Graduate University and am licensed as a Marriage and Family Therapist. My therapeutic style is grounded in the principles of Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), which emphasizes emotional regulation, mindfulness, and interpersonal effectiveness.

I just had my first intake session, and it was such a reassuring experience. She made me feel safe and let me know that the emotions I was experiencing were totally expected—and that it was okay to feel them. That validation meant so much. I’m really hopeful about this journey.
