I hold a Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Richmont Graduate University, which informs my approach and commitment to fostering healing and growth.

My therapeutic style is authentic, warm, and inviting; and I work from a strengths-based perspective that promotes inner healing and self-compassion. What is your typical process for working with clients?

I believe in empowering clients to cultivate self-compassion and resilience as they navigate their challenges. I hold graduate certifications in both Trauma Therapy and Sex Therapy from Richmont Graduate University and am licensed as a Marriage and Family Therapist. My therapeutic style is grounded in the principles of Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), which emphasizes emotional regulation, mindfulness, and interpersonal effectiveness.
