Getting to know Michelle Dazalla
Michelle Dazalla is an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist currently working under the supervision of a licensed practitioner. She holds a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Brandman University. Her CA license number is 137676, and her current employer is Foresight Mental Health.
What inspires me is living by the philosophy to “Aim Small to Hit Big,” which means being present in the moment and setting small, attainable goals to build upon successes and celebrate accomplishments one goal at a time.
What should a new client know about working with you?
My goal is to create a safe space for clients during sessions by being an observant, nonjudgmental, and empathetic therapist. My hope is to help clients with their journey to become mentally healthy, mindful, and self-aware for a new lifestyle that is encouraging and fulfilling to them.
What is your typical process for working with clients?
I am a culturally sensitive and competent therapist offering comprehensive therapeutic techniques to individuals, couples, and families in the community mental health setting. I am equipped with broad and current inventory of therapy tools with the ability to successfully instruct clients how and when to use each tool for their benefit.
