What should a new client know about working with you?

My goal is to create a safe space for clients during sessions by being an observant, nonjudgmental, and empathetic therapist. My hope is to help clients with their journey to become mentally healthy, mindful, and self-aware for a new lifestyle that is encouraging and fulfilling to them.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I am a culturally sensitive and competent therapist offering comprehensive therapeutic techniques to individuals, couples, and families in the community mental health setting. I am equipped with broad and current inventory of therapy tools with the ability to successfully instruct clients how and when to use each tool for their benefit.
