Getting to know Molly Gruber
My goal as a therapist is to empower clients by working collaboratively and to help them learn and find the tools and skills to help themselves reach success. I aspire to provide compassionate and culturally competent care and support clients in reaching their goals. I hold a Master's in Psychology from Pepperdine University, which has equipped me with a strong foundation to offer effective and empathetic support.
What should a new client know about working with you?
I do my best to ensure clients feel heard and understood in sessions by providing a safe and non-judgmental space for them to explore and process their thoughts feelings and emotions. As a therapist my goal is to be present and grounded in the moment to provide whatever support is needed.
What is your typical process for working with clients?
I believe that in order to build trust there needs to be understanding and connection. Finding common ground and being curious are integral parts of my work.
Out-of-pocket fees and assistance
Initial session: $125 for 60 minutes
Ongoing session: $125 for 60 minutes
- Files your insurance claim: You pay the session fee upfront and the provider files the claim for you, so you can get reimbursed directly without worrying about the paperwork
- Charges post-reimbursement amount: This provider will only charge you for the amount you pay after you get reimbursed from your insurance plan, so you don’t need to pay the session fee upfront
