What should a new client know about working with you?

I do my best to ensure clients feel heard and understood in sessions by providing a safe and non-judgmental space for them to explore and process their thoughts feelings and emotions. As a therapist my goal is to be present and grounded in the moment to provide whatever support is needed.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I believe that in order to build trust there needs to be understanding and connection. Finding common ground and being curious are integral parts of my work.
