What should a new client know about working with you?

Actively listening to a client when they talk about their concerns, summarizing their concerns as well as highlighting their key points. Asking questions to clarify and always reaching to grasp the needs they have. Validating feelings while demonstrating empathy through acknowledgement of their perspective. Tailoring solutions that mirror the client's unique needs.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

When we work together, it means creating a safe space where you can openly share your thoughts and feelings without fear of judgment, and where we are working together to develop goals for positive change. This actively involves both myself and you so that we can ensure that your current goals align with your needs. Building trust is vital and that comes with transparency about the process while respecting your boundaries and showing empathy throughout the process to create change and hope.
