Getting to know Tanya Arreguin
I was inspired to become a therapist by my own healing journey. Motivated to support others in finding their meaning, I help clients live genuine lives by establishing healthy boundaries, implementing adaptive coping skills and strategies, and using their strengths to create more joyful lives. I hold a Master's in Psychology from California State University, Chico, which has equipped me with the knowledge and skills to guide individuals through their personal growth and healing.
What should a new client know about working with you?
I value each person’s individuality and offer a safe and non-judgmental space for growth and healing.
What is your typical process for working with clients?
I am passionate about helping others and meet my clients where they are. My hope is to guide my clients through the therapeutic process with compassion, focusing on their strengths and support systems.
