What should a new client know about working with you?

i use empathy, clarify their thoughts and feelings and ask them what they want to improve in therapy, what they see as being successful and learning new skills and establishing new habits that they want to achieve. I encourage people to be honest about their feelings to themselves and to others.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I listen to my clients and try to empathize with whatever hurts them and causes them emotional pain
