Patient reviews for Dr. Sarah Jones
I love my Dr. Sarah Jones! She has delivered five of my children out of seven. She is the best, seriously! She is very caring, and patient. She allows me to voice my concerns without being judge mental. Every time I see her she has one of the biggest smiles I’ve ever seen and sometimes patients need to see that . She has great qualities enough for me to remain her patient forever. Lol.
Dr. Sarah Jones is a great doctor! Very nice and listens to you and explains everything very well. The only issue with the office is the wait time. I was there for a check up for over 2 hours.
Have been going to Sarah jones for years! She is very nice and professional ! She always takes the time to answer all my questions and I always feel that she listens to what I say and all my concerns!
Great doctor! She was super friendly, quick and personable. She made me feel comfortable. My appointment was scheduled at 8:20 and they took me RIGHT on time after filling out the initial new patient documents. Definitely recommend her and this office.
Dr. Jones is professional, courteous, timely and answers questions that I have about my health. It's refreshing to be in and out of an appointment in under an hour.??
My absolute favorite doctor. Dr Jones couldn’t be any more professional & proficient! She makes every appointment so easy & stress free. So easy to talk to & makes you feel so comfortable. Couldn’t ask for a more caring doctor.
I love dr Jones. My annual pap is quick and painless. Dr Jones is very friendly and open minded. I have never felt uncomfortable or judged by her.
Dr. Sarah Jones was very friendly and easy to talk to. Once I got back in an exam room things happened quickly, but it was almost an hour after my original appointment time before I was shown back to a room.
My appt time was 8:30 AM was finally called back into a room at 9:30am waited for dr til about 9:45 am and she came in made a comment that didn’t sit well. Did what she had to and then was done. I was a little put off by her bedside manner. Considering i had a MAJOR medical situation with my youngest son that i cause to push off my appts. for.
She is amazing. She really listens and gives all kinds of options for medical treatment. She’s so nice and friendly but also very professional.
Had a 7am appt., filled out papers because new patient, didn't take long, but was told they don't take patients back till 7:30am even though I was the first one. Very nice girls, Dr. very nice but she doesn't seem to concerned on asking questions, but she was nice and friendly. Like I say nice place, just no warm fuzzy comfort feeling.
She was informative and compassionate about my needs and concerns. She took her time and chatted with me about things I needed to talk about.
Dr. Jones is amazing! She is extremely personable and very thorough.
Dr. Jones is very kind and sweet. I highly recommend her!
As always, quick and to the point. Appreciate that!
Dr. Jones is kind and warm and makes you feel comfortable.
I had an awesome visit. Quick and easy, great service!
Fantastic experience from the minute I walked until I left. Everyone in the office was very pleasant and the Dr. was great.
Dr. Jones is fabulous! She was kind and helpful! Great bedside manner and really cared about my health.
I love Dr. Sarah Jones ! I’ve been going to her for about 1-2 years now and I wouldn’t want to be under anyone else’s care. Best gynee ever! The wait can be agitating at times but that doesn’t interfere with the quality of work Dr.Jones provide.
Very, very long wait time.
Very thorough with a great bedside manner.
It was ok. She didn't seem particularly concerned with my sexual history, or the topic I brought up. Maybe I shouldn't care so much about the relationship with my doctor.
The doctor had so many good reviews I was hoping to finally get some comprehensive treatment for my complex reproductive health issues. I wrote a brief one-page medical history that she reviewed prior to our appointment, in which I underscored my reason for seeking help is I'm having a bunch of new, unexplained symptoms and I am desperate for help with other symptoms I've suffered for years. She discounted the new symptoms as ''stress'' and did nothing to explore them further, despite the fact that, at that point, they were interfering with my ability to work and socialize. She instead fixated on a different issue, which also needed treatment but was not the reason for my visit. She was very compassionate and diligent about the things she decided mattered but ignored my main concern to the point that she seemed to have forgotten the reason for my visit in the first place. After an ultrasound showed no issues, she told me how relieved I should feel that it wasn't anything serious, and cheerily sent me on my way. She showed no recognition that the problem was not resolved. I left her office feeling completely demoralized and hopeless. I can recommend this doctor for straightforward routine care and I think her bedside manner is particularly good for people who have PTSD and pelvic pain, but I don't think she is a good choice for people who have serious or complicated reproductive health problems such as endometriosis or hormonal imbalance. She seemed unwilling to help me figure things out even though I made it explicit, in writing, how desperate I was for relief. I have since seen another specialist, have received a diagnosis, and now have a plan for treatment.
She remembers you even when you're only in once a year, asks about your family and know our names. Family treating family. Not rushed and listens to all questions and concerns.
Excellent. She is always thorough.
The wait time is always astronomical. Dr Jones is great, but the wait makes me never want to go back.
I love that she is very personable and takes her time with you!
Dr. Jones was extremely professional. She made me feel extremely at ease with the procedure i had done. She made sure i was as comfortable as i could be and was finished quickly. I am usually really nervous and Dr. Jones and her staff were amazing.
Very professional and stay extremely friendly.
She is the absolute BEST. My daughter and I have been going to her for 17 years and hope for many more. I never want to see anyone else!!!
I was told to be at the office at 6:45 am for my 7 am appointment. I was there at 6:30 am. The doors were not unlocked until after 6:45. I was not put into a room until after 7:20, and I didn't see the doctor until after 7:45. I was there for over an hour for just a wellness exam. The scheduling should be handled differently. If the doctor can't be there until after 7:45- why was I told to be there so early? I had already done my paperwork on-line. It would have been nice to receive a phone call the night before that my presence was not needed until 7:20.
Excellent bedside manner!
Dr Jones is the BEST OBGYN, I hope she never leaves, I have been going to her for 15 years
Loved her , I found my new gynee!!
Friendly staff, efficient from start to finish. In & out within one hour!!
Very friendly, super easy and quick! Glad I decided to change doctors.
Waited over 2 hrs in the office before I saw the dr. I understand drs get behind. The receptionist was very nice keeping people updated on where they stood on seeing the dr. And I saw her for less than 5 mins. Just felt rushed.
I have been a patient of DrJones for over 14 years. She is just wonderful and had such patience with some of the fears that I have had. I would highly recommend her.
I was very happy that she went out of her way to do an ultrasound to put my mind at ease.
Wait too long
Doctor was great but the pharmacy ever received the prescription I was supposed to have filled.
I love this Doctor....such a sweet caring woman....most likely saved my life??
She was very nice. I was brought back shortly after I got to the office but waited over 45 minutes to be seen by the Dr. I had one of the first appointments in the day so I was rather confused by that.
She was very quick with my first visit which I was happy about but the waiting limit should be less. Waited an hour
It was a little ling but i thought it was worth it.
I thought she was a great doctor, very personable and friendly. Makes you very comfortable.
Pleasant. She is very sweet.
She was great once I seen her but waiting to see her took longer than anticipated.
