Patient reviews for Dr. Kevin McMahon
He’s very professional and straight to the point. He listens and addresses your questions and concerns. Without me asking, he ordered exactly what I wanted .. repeat MRI and more therapy.. no narcotics. Explained if surgical intervention is needed, he’s no longer in the OR but has two of the best shoulder surgeons in the practice, one of which I have seen previously. Thanks Dr. McMahon!!
DR McMahon Answers all of your questions Explains things throughly Compassionate and knowledgeable Highly recommend
He was very nice and very informative. I'm glad I was able to see him about my knee.
Dr. McMahon is great. I was only in the waiting room about five minutes. Then they took x-rays right away, and Dr. McMahon was able to consult on my questions right away. Clean bright offices, very pleasant, articulate staff, and Dr. McMahon is great.
Appointment went as planned and results as hoped for. Will continue to follow thru.
The dr is great. I was given wrong paperwork to fill out by the front desk. At least 7 people who came in AFTER me were called in and left before i was called back because of the front desk mistake. Poor customer service.
Dr McMahon is personable knowledgeable and very compassionate I would highly recommend him
Quickly diagnosed my problem and gave me appropriate treatment, and detailed instructions for exercises.
Dr. McMahon was very personable and explained the Xray and diagnosis in terms that I understood. Very thorough.
It was informative and quick. Receptionist was professional but the reception area was toooo dark and depressing.
Dr McMahon is an experienced, hands on professional with decades of experience.
Quick, knew everything about my needs after seeing an xray and spewaking to me. Recommended a pain management doctor- no else had done this! Am hopeful for the first time.
Great doctor. Clearly explained my issue and the course of action. Helped to explain the now and the future depending on how I handled the issues. Great information.
Very caring and professional.
Excellent. They confirmed my diagnosis of a rotator cuff injury and explained the treatment in an understandable manner.
Very thorough and kind Very reassuring Addressed problem
Dr McMahon is very pleasant, does not make me feel rushed and listens to my concerns... he also explains my options very clearly.
Excellent doctor and staff. Would recommend to anyone seeking his specialty.
Dr McMahon is a great surgeon.
Excellent physician and team -- very thorough, competent, and polite.
Dr Mc Mahon examined my knee pain. After X-ray and MRI he was not satisfied with the radiologists report. He contacted another radiologist to read the MRI and found the issue was less complicated and knee needed rest. Whew. He called me first thing the next morning and let me know. He is a thorough and knows when a report doesn't match a patients symptoms.Hats off to you Dr. Mc Mahon!!! Oh the staff in the office are efficient, knowledgeable and know what is going on. I tip my hat to them as well.
Dr McMahon was very professional and treated me with the utmost respect. I didn't have to tell him my concerns because I was thinking them he would address them.
Always great. Personality plus.
Dr. McMahon was extremely pleasant. He explained the procedure clearly and was very professional.
Dr. McMahon in very thorough and sympathetic to my pain. I highly recommend him.
Dr McMahon is personable and takes time to answer questions.
Dr. McMahon was very personable and informative following too long a wait to see him. The office people and Dr. McMahon noted they are in the throes of learning to do electronic record keeping on the fly. So I give them the benefit of the doubt for the time being. I am encouraged by my interaction with the office for this first visit.
The office was switching everything to electronic charts. They told us there would be a wait and thanked us for our patience. There was a wait, but it was fine. Hopefully on my next visit they will be caught up! Dr. McMahon was great!! Very professional and knowledgeable.
Staff was very efficient in getting me in, doing x-rays, etc. Dr. McMahon is very personable and friendly.
Awesome, on time. Knew exactly what my problem was. Was in and out in a very short time.
Current patient of Dr. McMahon. Empathetic professional, calming but matter of fact. His perso nality unusual for a surgeon.
Very nice doctor and knowledge. Took time to answer questions I had.
Excellent! Doctors were easy to understand. Took their time and explained everything. Staff was kind, professional.
I despise waiting more than ten minutes past my appointment time when I showed up on time with everything I needed. And when it's not even busy, that only makes it more aggravating. It honestly overshadows any other experience with a provider. At 30 minutes I approached a receptionist about the wait and she said they only have one technician that day. That's not good. I have a strict 45 minute after walk out policy with myself and was five minutes shy of asking them to refund my copay when they called me back. The visit went well and I feel the doctor was sympathetic and helpful. He made the referrals I was expecting. But if you don't want to wait around the waiting room for the duration of what should've been your visit, this is not the practice for you.
He seems pleasant enough, but the office management is terrible! Seems like they over-subscribe their MDs routinely. 90 minute wait time is terrible.
When I make an appointment with ZocDoc the doctors office never has it in their system. So I have to take whatever. Ratings above are only I wanted to get this comment to you.
An hour and a half wait. Actual time with doctor was 4 minutes. I didn't get a chance to show my past medical history or discuss my condition. He gave me a referral to another doctor in the same office with an appointment 6 weeks later. Walked away without even a "goodbye ". That's a long time to wait when you're in pain. No medication offered.
Excellent. Answers questions and doesn't make you feel like you're wasting his time.
had my info ready so didn't take long to fill out the form and i was take in soon afterward. no long wait..... friendly office workers and nurses.
I was very pleased with Dr. McMahon. I found him to be very personable, a good listener, explained things very well and showed me - on the exrays and MRI - what was going on with my knees. I think I will be in very hands with him doing my knee replacements.
I've been a patient for 9 years and have always had good service and great care.
Personable and takes time to answer questions
Very professional and informative.
So grateful for his knowledge and expertise. Drained fluid off my knee from Lymes disease. Getting better.
He analyzed my situation and came to a quick decision as to how to handle it. I was very pleased.
I like Dr. McMahon very much, he makes me feel so comfortable. He shows real care & concern for my situation and helps me understand all that is going to happen every step of the way. My surgery was routine to him but was a huge scary thing to me. He and the entire staff have been so helpful and supportive.
Dr. McMahon was extremely pleasant and was able to diagnose my shoulder problem quickly. He administered a relatively painless shot and provided a number of exercises for me to do to help relieve the problem more quickly.
