She graduated from the University of Washington’s MEDEX Northwest Physician Assistant Program with a Master in Clinical Health Services in 2022 and completed her dermatology rotation in Wenatchee, Washington. She obtained her undergraduate degree at the University of Washington with a Bachelor of Science in Biology and minor in Human Rights. Sophy empathizes with the psychological impact of many skin conditions and therefore prioritizes compassionate, patient-centered care. I had a great experience with Sophy. She was very attentive, took the time to really listen to my concerns, and explained everything clearly. I never felt rushed. She was very thorough. Looked at my skin issue unlike my previous experience where I wasn’t even touched. But Sophy Yu was attentive and answered all my issues and concerns. And even wanted me to come back for a follow up even if it was better.
